SULZER PROJECTILE

Running round the clock, our vast body of Sulzer projectile machines efficiently produce high quality fabric handling a wide variety of yarns, from fine to coarse and are known for their low energy consumption.

SIZING

Used to coat warp yarns with a sizing agent to improve their strength and abrasion resistance for weaving, our formidable sizing department is suitable for a variety types of yarn including cotton, viscose, linen, mixed filament and others with a thickness from 6s to 12s cotton.

SPECIALITY

POCKETING

The preferred pocketing fabric is a blend of polyester and cotton, typically used for pockets, linings, and areas of garments that require extra durability.

LAWN

Commonly made with cotton, Lawn with its relatively high thread count and silky texture is typically made using combed yarn or carded yarn. Batiste, nainsook or plain weave linen, it is the go to fabric for warmer climates.

PC

PC fabric combines the durability of polyester with the softness of cotton. It's commonly found in a 65/35 or 80/20 polyester-to-cotton ratio.

COTTON

Highly breathable and absorbent, cotton is undoubtedly the fore runner in the textile industry. Its softness and notable draping abilities makes it the ideal fabric for various usage.

TWILL

Characterized by its diagonal weave pattern, created by interlacing weft threads over and under warp threads in a specific sequence, twill which is durable and versatile used in various applications.

DRILL

A stout, durable cotton fabric with a strong diagonal in the weave, drill or khaki is commonly used in shirts, safari jackets, sneakers, military uniforms, and chef coats.

HERRINGBONE

Known for its durability and strength, Herringbone is the ideal choice for clothing and upholstery. The pattern is visually appealing and adds texture to fabrics, makes it suitable for various applications in upholstery, curtains, and other home décor items as well as suits, jackets, dresses, and other garments.

PV

A blend of polyester and viscose fibers, often referred to as Polyviscose, viscose is a semi-synthetic fiber known for its soft touch, drape, and breathability while polyester is a synthetic fiber known for its durability, wrinkle resistance, and ease of care.

SATEEN

Known for its smooth and lustrous appearance, Sateen is made with a satin weave structure but with spun yarn instead of filament yarn. It has the characteristics of silk satin but is more economical and budget friendly.
